PAUL KERR
Director
​
Paul has over 30 years of experience in the domestic and commercial construction trade with 8 years in the manufacture and installation of aluminium windows and doors. A qualified site supervisor, Paul has worked with the biggest, and the trickiest and loves finding a solution to a tricky problem.
​
Paul has invented many industry related tools to run the most efficient and accurate operation possible. This includes inventing the patented and revolutionary 'Oz-Port' flyscreen access port to solve a problem that we were consistently coming across (check it out at www.oz-port.com.au).
​
As an owner-operator, Pauls main focus is customer service, quality in a timely manner and completing a job with no mess.
​
A happy grateful client is Paul's inspiration and aim.
​
Paul, together with his co-owner wife, Renee, are family-focused with two children, 1 dog and are the instigators of a bit of fun, lots of golf and giving life their best.
DAVE AUGER
Director​

Dave has over 30 years of experience in construction, sales and site and general management, and been self-employed for 30+ years, earning his first QBCC company and supervisors licence in construction over 20 years ago.
​
As a recipient of many sales and other business performance awards, Dave has bought, built and sold successful businesses in construction and franchising.,
​
Dave has worked on major high-value construction projects with a 100% safety record with workplace practices that are second to none.
​
Dave has a customer-centrix view and a commitment to doing the right thing by others. He is driven by his values to provide honest, clear and mutually beneficial communication and to do work that he can be proud of at the end of the day.
​
Dave loves golf, footy, sailing (Ok sports in general) and is a family many with two children, four grandchildren, 3 labradors and is the instigator of many 'Dad jokes" that keep us smiling.
SUE MAZUR-AUGER
Director​
Sue was a bit of an early starter, registering her first business in 1981 and has been self-employed and a life-long learner since.
​
Now a Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute, together with a Fellow of the Institute of Leaders and Managers, Sue brings her extensive business experience to the management and marketing of Bayside Flyscreen Repairs.
​
Sue has owned businesses in Management Consulting Construction, Branding, and International Franchising. Building, developing and scaling businesses that make a real difference in people's lives is a passion.
​
As a coach and passionate people person, Sue loves growth, authentic connection and working with people who are interested in a brighter future together.
​
Sue loves Dave (see left), her family, and is a passionate lover of animals.
She loves outdoors, sailing and gardening and is the instigator of 'tell me about it, let;'s find a better way".
